I love Charleston and it was especially nice to be able to enjoy the
city plus see an excellent concert. Charleston Music Hall (an
interesting building in itself) is right in the middle of an historic
area so it's interesting, as well as being the ideal place to shop.
I've been enjoying Anthony's Fan's Site for years, but had never before
had the opportunity to see one of his concerts.
I won't go into the song list in any detail, as I wasn't familiar with many
of the selections and wanted to listen, rather than keep track.
But Mr. Kearns sang some of my favorites, including:
Red Is The Rose
How Are Things In Glocca Morra
Grace (my favorite)
Kitty Me Love
If Ever I Would Leave You
Patrick Healy entertained between groups of songs with very amusing
stories. They were delightful as were songs the two sang together.
Unfortunately, I can't remember the names.
In any case, it was a thoroughly enjoyable concert and my husband
and I thoroughly enjoyed it, as did the rest of the audience.
We'll certainly come again if we're lucky enough to have Mr. Kearns
and Mr. Healy return to Charleston.
If you have a chance to see them, don't miss it.
